The perforations are specially designed for the introduction of semi-flexible ducts of the heat recovery ventilation system. These will be fully registrable, in order to encourage the construction of Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings, nZEB, and also, to prevent the Sick Building Syndrome as it allows for an easy maintenance.
