Device for real-time air quality monitoring and controlled mechanical ventilation based on detected levels. Regulates ventilation when CO2 and TVOC levels are outside the limits defined as “Good.” Wireless Wi-Fi connection. Finished in steel and glass. Functionalities: Air quality status indicator: Good (green), Medium (yellow), and Low (red). Limits can be configured. Readings of relative humidity, CO2, PM 2.5 and 10, and TVOC in the zone. The weight of each variable can be configured. Management of controlled mechanical ventilation through 0-10V signal or remote on/off. Management of a motorized damper for ventilation. Control and monitoring from Airzone Cloud App (Android / iOS). Integration with Modbus RTU.
