Concerning the production line of evaporative condensers for industrial use, Decsa offers, among the products manufactured, the CFR-C series, built with a Z-725 hot-dip galvanised sheet metal casing and equipped with low-noise, double-intake centrifugal fans. Designed for condensing gases such as ammonia or other refrigerant gases, the CFR-C series has a capacity of 148 to 7281 kW and is suitable for industrial plant applications where reliability, efficiency, low noise and low operating costs are required. Equipped with top-quality heat exchanger coils, CFR-C evaporative condensers with centrifugal fans ensure pressure tightness up to 40 bar and allow use with operating pressures up to 28 bar, following Directive 2014/68/EU (PED). The CFR-C series is also manufactured according to the quality standards of the ISO 9001 Quality System and in compliance with the ISO 14001 environmental management system. To ensure greater environmental sustainability and, at the same time, greater economic savings, Decsa has developed a special protection to be applied, on request, to the condensers and cooling towers in HDGS Z-725: an epoxy powder coating DecsaCOATING PLUS, which ensures a reduced use of chemicals for water quality control. The CFR-C evaporative condenser is therefore particularly suitable for plant applications in industrial refrigeration while ensuring low running costs and efficient operation.
