The Vortex is the real first improvement since the creation of the electromagnet. While guaranteeing a Grade 6++ / ≳ 15 000N holding force, we have managed to reduce considerably the magnet sizes and their power consumptions. With a surface mount model reduced by 3 cm in size when door is opened and a 20% power consumption decrease, the holding force reaches more than 15000N!
