La mise en place d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/fr\/bibliotheque-bim-gestion-donnees\/\">r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM<\/a> devient alors un enjeu central : sans r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel clair, pas de gestion de l&rsquo;information coh\u00e9rente, pas d\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 possible, et tr\u00e8s souvent, une perte de temps sur tout le cycle de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas un sujet r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux experts BIM ou aux donneurs d\u2019ordres publics : toutes les organisations engag\u00e9es dans une d\u00e9marche de digitalisation doivent aujourd\u2019hui penser structuration de donn\u00e9es, standards, documentation partag\u00e9e. Pourquoi mettre en place un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM ? Quelle est la finalit\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise ? S\u2019agit-il d\u2019harmoniser les pratiques internes, de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences clients et DOE, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un enjeux de GMAO et d&rsquo;exploitation, ou de mieux collaborer sur des projets multi-acteurs ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape conditionne le niveau de d\u00e9tail \u00e0 atteindre, les formats \u00e0 utiliser, les outils \u00e0 choisir, mais aussi les hi\u00e9rarchies de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Une entreprise qui travaille sur de nombreux projets d\u2019envergure internationale ne structurera pas ses donn\u00e9es de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on qu\u2019un acteur local intervenant en ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qui se passe quand le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel est absent\u2026 ou mal con\u00e7u<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019absence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM clair, ou une mauvaise structuration des donn\u00e9es, conduit presque syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 des d\u00e9rives de projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel unique, chaque intervenant produit selon ses habitudes. L\u2019information devient dispers\u00e9e, non tra\u00e7able, souvent redondante. Et lorsqu\u2019il faut r\u00e9injecter les donn\u00e9es dans un outil de GMAO ou un DOE num\u00e9rique, tout est \u00e0 refaire. En phase conception, il est plus difficile d&rsquo;exploiter la maquette, d&rsquo;extraires des donn\u00e9es de quantit\u00e9s ou tout autres informations directement des mod\u00e8les, ou encore de fusionnner et r\u00e9unir plusieurs mod\u00e8les en un sans rendre les informations inexploitables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre cas courant : un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel trop complexe, con\u00e7u sans lien avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain, finit par \u00eatre contourn\u00e9. Les \u00e9quipes mod\u00e9lisent chacune \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re, sans respecter les conventions \u00e9tablies. Au final, les livrables ne sont pas conformes, les donn\u00e9es ne peuvent pas \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es, et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus du BIM en mati\u00e8re de collaboration, de continuit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 s&rsquo;effondrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adopter une logique de classification adapt\u00e9e au contexte projet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La structuration des donn\u00e9es n\u2019est pas une question purement technique. Elle repose sur un arbitrage entre plusieurs types de hi\u00e9rarchies : op\u00e9rationnelle, fonctionnelle, g\u00e9ographique, par discipline ou par mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines entreprises s\u2019appuient sur un standard interne, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur mesure. D\u2019autres choisissent des classifications normalis\u00e9es comme UniFormat, MasterFormat, OmniClass, ou IFC pour favoriser l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre logiciels et entre m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est aussi fr\u00e9quent de combiner plusieurs logiques, en fonction des \u00e9tapes du projet. Un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel efficace est souvent modulaire, \u00e9volutif, et surtout document\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9grer le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM dans les documents du projet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM n\u2019existe pas isol\u00e9ment. Il est activ\u00e9, diffus\u00e9 et mis \u00e0 jour \u00e0 travers la documentation BIM du projet. Il s\u2019ancre d\u2019abord dans la charte BIM, puis se d\u00e9cline dans le cahier des charges BIM, la convention BIM, le protocole et enfin le plan d\u2019ex\u00e9cution BIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 chaque phase du projet, les donn\u00e9es se pr\u00e9cisent. En conception, elles d\u00e9crivent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s attendues ; en ex\u00e9cution, elles sont enrichies par les fournisseurs ; en exploitation, elles doivent permettre le suivi et la maintenance. Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, s\u2019il est bien structur\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, sert de fil conducteur tout au long du cycle de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impl\u00e9menter un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel : m\u00e9thode, outils, engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie repose sur une d\u00e9marche progressive. D\u00e9marrer avec un projet pilote permet d\u2019ajuster les choix sans risques. L\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre test\u00e9e d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases, avec les outils r\u00e9ellement utilis\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipes. Il faut \u00e9galement pr\u00e9voir une strat\u00e9gie de conduite du changement, former les utilisateurs et garantir un support technique accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019implication des acteurs est une condition essentielle. Un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel con\u00e7u sans les m\u00e9tiers, ou sans retour terrain, sera ignor\u00e9. Il ne suffit pas de r\u00e9diger un document : il faut qu\u2019il vive dans les outils, dans les mod\u00e8les, dans les livrables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assurer le suivi et les mises \u00e0 jour du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel mais figer le pendant le projet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel BIM est vivant. Il doit \u00eatre mis \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, en fonction des \u00e9volutions de normes, d\u2019outils, de projets. Il doit int\u00e9grer les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, \u00eatre versionn\u00e9, et diffus\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on claire aux intervenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019usage d\u2019une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e, comme Onfly, permet d\u2019assurer cette gouvernance des donn\u00e9es. Elle centralise et automatise les mises \u00e0 jour.
