Est\u00e1ndares y formatos: \u00bfpara qu\u00e9 sirve?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n

Para poder pasar entre las manos de varios actores, un objeto BIM debe basarse en propiedades, formatos y est\u00e1ndares comunes<\/strong>, que determinan la compatibilidad entre los actores: nivel de detalle del modelo, granularidad de la informaci\u00f3n, lenguaje utilizado o software compatible. Todos estos elementos entran en la composici\u00f3n del objeto BIM<\/strong>, que incluye tanto el modelado 3D como un conjunto de datos y documentos. Por ejemplo, el modelo de fachada de un edificio HQE (Alta Calidad Medioambiental) no tendr\u00e1 las mismas limitaciones y el mismo nivel de desarrollo que el de una peque\u00f1a casa unifamiliar.

La falta de elecci\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares o formatos adecuados al principio puede dar lugar a retroceder en la toma de decisi\u00f3n durante el proyecto y, por lo tanto, a retrasos y costes potenciales: por este motivo, siempre es necesario tomar el tiempo necesario para integrar las necesidades y limitaciones de todos los actores implicados en el proyecto<\/strong>, especialmente en aspectos t\u00e9cnicos como la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica o la electricidad. Adem\u00e1s, para evitar un efecto \u00ab\u00a0Torre de Babel\u00a0\u00bb en el que los formatos no respondan entre s\u00ed, es necesario poder navegar entre los nombres que pueden evolucionar seg\u00fan los pa\u00edses, el software y los formatos.

#1 Pregunte a sus prescriptores y clientes acerca de los est\u00e1ndares y formatos que utilizan
<\/strong>
No hay necesidad de ir m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que la m\u00fasica:\u00a0es esencial antes de empezar a modelar un objeto BIM ser informado sobre el software utilizado por sus prescriptores\u00a0<\/strong> y clientes en sus principales pa\u00edses<\/strong>. T\u00f3mese el tiempo para preguntarles y calibrar sus objetos BIM en consecuencia: ahorrar\u00e1 un tiempo valioso. Adem\u00e1s, enumere las peticiones que sus diferentes productos, servicios de soporte y marketing han recibido en t\u00e9rminos de BIM en los \u00faltimos meses: modelo Revit, datos RT2012…

#2 No intente trazar un mapa de la integridad de los formatos existentes
<\/strong>
No es necesario enumerar todos los formatos y est\u00e1ndares existentes: esto supondr\u00eda malgastar energ\u00eda. Intente identificar a sus principales prescriptores, clientes o leads potenciales para discutir sus necesidades en t\u00e9rminos de est\u00e1ndares y formatos<\/strong>: nada le impedir\u00e1 enriquecer sus objetos m\u00e1s tarde para hacerlos compatibles con otro software. Entonces se asegurar\u00e1 de ir en la direcci\u00f3n correcta.

Tambi\u00e9n tenga en cuenta que un objeto BIM se puede modificar y sus datos se pueden completar incluso cuando se finaliza. As\u00ed que puede empezar con lo que tiene sin arriesgarse a no poder volver atr\u00e1s.

#3 Adapte su modo de funcionamiento a BIM
<\/strong>
Para que sus objetos sean compatibles con sus prioridades en t\u00e9rminos de est\u00e1ndares, formatos e interoperabilidad, es necesario estructurar adecuadamente sus modelos y datos<\/strong>. El suministro de la informaci\u00f3n actualizada necesaria para el proceso BIM requiere una infraestructura espec\u00edfica que permita que los datos viajen. En particular, es esencial encontrar un buen lugar para alojar los modelos y almacenar los datos de forma eficiente, a los que se conectar\u00e1 el software que utilice.
