<\/strong>R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/u> : Merci beaucoup, le plaisir est partag\u00e9 !
Ce que je peux dire de moi, c\u2019est que j\u2019ai 36 ans et deux enfants, une petite fille de bient\u00f4t 3 ans et un petit bonhomme de tout juste 1 an. Je suis originaire de la r\u00e9gion parisienne, mais l’\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avec ma femme de partir \u00e0 l’autre bout de la France et nous voici d\u00e9sormais install\u00e9s dans un petit village proche de Montpellier o\u00f9 il fait bon vivre !
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Ma vie de jeune papa est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien remplie, mais en v\u00e9ritable passionn\u00e9, je ne m\u2019arr\u00eate jamais. Je pratique le tennis de table en comp\u00e9tition, je fais beaucoup de v\u00e9lo et je suis fan, entre autres, de l’univers Star Wars ou encore d’astronomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si je devais me d\u00e9finir en une qualit\u00e9, ce serait la curiosit\u00e9 ! Je m’int\u00e9resse \u00e0 beaucoup de choses dans plein de disciplines diff\u00e9rentes. Je peux par exemple me retrouver toute une soir\u00e9e \u00e0 regarder le championnat de hockey subaquatique ou encore une vid\u00e9o d’un th\u00e9oricien math\u00e9maticien qui parle de ses derni\u00e8res d\u00e9couvertes ! J’aime \u00eatre surpris, \u00e9tonn\u00e9, le monde est tellement vaste qu’il faudrait plus d’une vie pour tout d\u00e9couvrir alors j\u2019essaie de m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 un maximum de domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO <\/span><\/strong>: Qu’est-ce qui t’as motiv\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre l’aventure BIM&CO ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : BIM&CO a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un produit pr\u00e9curseur dans le monde du BIM, une solution vraiment avant-gardiste. Je le sais bien, car avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer l\u2019entreprise, dans mon job pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, j\u2019utilisais d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette solution et cela me faisait gagner \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps dans mon m\u00e9tier de BIM Manager. C\u2019est pour cela que je n\u2019ai pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 une seule seconde \u00e0 rejoindre leurs \u00e9quipes, car c\u2019est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui a une vraie vision d\u2019avenir sur le BIM, son utilisation et sa mise en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO<\/span> : Comment as-tu<\/strong> atterri dans le BIM et comment ton parcours influence ton approche du m\u00e9tier ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e0 m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation 3D et j\u2019avais d\u2019ailleurs, sur mon premier ordinateur, cr\u00e9\u00e9 moi-m\u00eame un niveau entier de jeu vid\u00e9o !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au d\u00e9part, je me pr\u00e9destinais \u00e0 devenir conducteur de travaux. Mais quand j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mes \u00e9tudes, en apprentissage dans une entreprise de TP, je me suis rendu compte que je m\u2019\u00e9panouissais au bureau \u00e0 faire des plans et des \u00e9tudes du chantier. Pour moi, cela me semblait \u00e9vident qu\u2019il fallait utiliser la 3D, j\u2019ai tout de suite compris que c\u2019\u00e9tait une technologie d\u2019avenir dans le m\u00e9tier. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en arrivant dans le monde du travail, de d\u00e9couvrir qu\u2019on utilisait encore des plans dessin\u00e9s au Rotring\u2026 Alors que la technologie \u00e9tait l\u00e0, \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de ma soutenance de BTS, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place des process qui pouvaient s\u2019apparenter aux pr\u00e9mices du BIM. Puis plus tard, quand j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler, j\u2019int\u00e9grais les informations de dimension et de conception \u00e0 partir d\u2019une feuille Excel pour g\u00e9rer la mod\u00e9lisation de l\u2019ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au fil des ans, je suis devenu expert 3D et avec l\u2019av\u00e8nement du BIM, cela m\u2019est apparu comme naturel de me sp\u00e9cialiser dans ce domaine. Donc la 3D, le BIM d\u2019hier, celui d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, je n\u2019ai pas l\u2019impression d\u2019y avoir \u00ab atterri \u00bb, mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019avoir toujours baign\u00e9 dedans. J\u2019ai d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu r\u00e9cemment BIM influencer et j’ai aussi le statut Expert Elite Autodesk : je suis tr\u00e8s fier d\u2019\u00eatre reconnu comme un acteur du BIM fran\u00e7ais, car c\u2019est la concr\u00e9tisation de nombreuses ann\u00e9es de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO <\/span>: Quelle est ta premi\u00e8re impression de la culture de BIM&CO jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : Comme je m\u2019y attendais, BIM&CO est une entreprise jeune, dynamique et centr\u00e9e sur les valeurs humaines. Elle se donne les moyens de ses ambitions, cela correspond bien \u00e0 mon \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, donc je m\u2019y sens totalement en phase et je suis content d\u2019avoir rejoint l\u2019aventure !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO<\/span> : Maintenant que tu es chez BIM&CO depuis quelques semaines, quelle est la partie pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de ton travail ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : Ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, ce sont les parties R&D et le suivi client. \u00c7a me pla\u00eet d\u2019accompagner le client dans la mise en place de la solution Onfly en int\u00e9grant ses propres process et en l\u2019aidant \u00e0 s\u2019approprier la m\u00e9thodologie BIM. Cela s\u2019apparente \u00e0 du consulting, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s valorisant sur le plan humain, et j\u2019aime cet aspect-l\u00e0 du m\u00e9tier. Enfin, la partie design et sp\u00e9cifications produit me pla\u00eet aussi beaucoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO<\/span> : En tant que BIM Influenceur \u00e9lu l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par ses pairs peux tu nous dire quels sont les plus beaux projets sur lesquels tu as aim\u00e9 travailler ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : J’ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs projets en tant que BIM Manager et R\u00e9f\u00e9rent BIM notamment pour la construction de l’\u00c9cole normale sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 Paris Saclay, la r\u00e9habilitation de la ZAC des Groues \u00e0 Nanterre ou bien encore le projet de construction de la plateforme logistique d’AMAZON \u00e0 Br\u00e9tigny-sur-Orge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusieurs projets avec des exigences BIM diff\u00e9rentes et bien particuli\u00e8res qui demandent une adaptabilit\u00e9 sur les processus \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO<\/span> : Comment vois-tu l’\u00e9volution du BIM dans quelques ann\u00e9es ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : Selon moi, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des logiciels et processus BIM se fera \u00e0 l\u2019avenir uniquement via le Cloud, comme notamment la solution Onfly. Je pense que le monde de l\u2019architecture et de la construction va subir une petite r\u00e9volution avec l\u2019essor de la construction hors site et qu\u2019on va tendre progressivement vers le BIM niveau 3, o\u00f9 l\u2019exploitation et la maintenance seront de plus en plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le BIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIM&CO<\/span> : Quelles sont les difficult\u00e9s que tu vois aujourd’hui dans l’utilisation du BIM ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9my Maurcot<\/span> : Dans le monde du b\u00e2timent, il est compliqu\u00e9 de faire \u00e9voluer les mentalit\u00e9s et les m\u00e9thodes ancestrales qui perdurent depuis des lustres ! Beaucoup de petites structures ne voient pas les avantages du BIM et donc ne s\u2019y mettent pas. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 venir, qui va reprendre petit \u00e0 petit le march\u00e9, et qui est beaucoup plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec les nouvelles technologies, va peut-\u00eatre permettre au BIM de se d\u00e9mocratiser. En tout cas, les ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage ont un r\u00f4le majeur \u00e0 jouer dans cet av\u00e8nement, c’est \u00e0 eux de participer \u00e0 la bonne mise en place du BIM dans les projets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
