{"id":1894,"date":"2018-05-25T22:42:34","date_gmt":"2018-05-25T20:42:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/?post_type=news_articles&#038;p=1894"},"modified":"2020-04-22T22:46:45","modified_gmt":"2020-04-22T20:46:45","slug":"207-interview-derik-hermans","status":"publish","type":"news_articles","link":"https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/fr\/news_articles\/207-interview-derik-hermans\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview d&rsquo;Erik Hermans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsable du p\u00f4le Dessin et Conception chez JAGA<\/h2>\n\n\n<p><strong><u>BIM&amp;CO<\/u> : Quelle est votre fonction et qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous a men\u00e9 vers le BIM ?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong><u>Erik Hermans<\/u><\/strong> : Erik Hermans, je suis depuis 13 ans Responsable du p\u00f4le Dessin et Conception chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jaga.be\/befr\">Jaga<\/a>, une entreprise familiale belge et <strong>leader des radiateurs \u00e9co-design<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jaga.be\/befr\">Jaga<\/a> est n\u00e9 il y a pr\u00e8s de 60 ans et nous avons aujourd\u2019hui une soixantaine de mod\u00e8les de radiateurs d\u00e9clinables dans diverses <strong>dimensions<\/strong>, <strong>couleurs<\/strong> et <strong>mati\u00e8res<\/strong> \u2013 en tout, des centaines de milliers de designs possibles.<br \/>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser au BIM il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, suite \u00e0 diverses demandes des architectes et bureaux d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes \u00e0 travers le monde. C\u2019est tout particuli\u00e8rement en Angleterre, o\u00f9 nous avons une filiale, que nous avons eu le plus de sollicitations du fait que les r\u00e9glementations anglaises ont rendu le BIM obligatoire pour les projets publics. C\u2019est ainsi que nous avons <strong>sollicit\u00e9 des prestataires<\/strong> pour <strong>cr\u00e9er des fichiers BIM de nos principaux mod\u00e8les de radiateurs \u00e0 eau chaude<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BIM&amp;CO<\/u> : Quelles probl\u00e9matiques avez-vous rencontr\u00e9 lors de votre passage au BIM en tant qu&rsquo;industriel ?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><strong><u>Erik Hermans<\/u><\/strong> : Nous nous sommes pos\u00e9 beaucoup de questions avant d\u2019investir dans le BIM, et plus particulier dans le type de fichiers \u00e0 produire. Nous utilisons aujourd\u2019hui REVIT mais d\u2019autres pays demandent d\u2019autres fichiers \u2013 nous sommes distribu\u00e9s dans 50 pays \u00e0 travers le monde. <br \/>Par ailleurs, <strong>nous r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissons encore \u00e0 nous d\u00e9velopper au niveau du BIM<\/strong> et nous nous sommes arr\u00eat\u00e9s pour le moment au niveau 2 afin d\u2019\u00eatre conformes \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation anglaise.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Enfin, le BIM repr\u00e9sente un co\u00fbt important, surtout lorsqu\u2019on a autant de produits qui ont de fait chacun des caract\u00e9ristiques propres \u2013 \u00e9mission de chaleur, dimensions, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes persuad\u00e9s que les autres pays embo\u00eeteront le pas vers le BIM, ce qui permettra de gagner du temps dans les projets publics comme priv\u00e9s. Ainsi, nos fichiers BIM permettront aux ing\u00e9nieurs de <strong>calculer dynamiquement les d\u00e9bits d\u2019eau ou les pertes de charge<\/strong> tout en ayant un <strong>beau rendu 3D pour les architectes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>BIM&amp;CO<\/u> : Quels int\u00e9r\u00eats vous ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer avec BIM&amp;CO ?<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>Erik Hermans<\/u><\/strong> : Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duits par l\u2019<strong>interface de BIM&amp;CO<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s claire et fluide, qui nous permet d\u2019\u00eatre <strong>totalement autonomes dans la gestion de notre contenu (photos, fichiers 2D et 3D)<\/strong>, ainsi que par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>collaboratif<\/strong> qui permettra \u00e0 plusieurs de nos collaborateurs d\u2019<strong>ajouter eux-m\u00eames les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s techniques de nos radiateurs<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Enfin, le <strong>service client<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9actif \u00e0 nos demandes et nous sommes impatients de tester les fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e0 venir !<\/p>\n<p><a
