En la fase de concepci\u00f3n, permite ahorrar tiempo y mejorar la colaboraci\u00f3n con los arquitectos. En la fase de ejecuci\u00f3n, favorece la coordinaci\u00f3n entre las diversas especialidades y oficinas t\u00e9cnicas. <strong>En la fase operativa, permite garantizar a los clientes de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ga.fr\/ga-smart-building\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GA<\/a> la posibilidad de utilizar el BIM a lo largo de toda la vida del edificio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la codificaci\u00f3n de los objetos, se podr\u00e1n realizar an\u00e1lisis precisos de la maqueta BIM en cuanto a control de costes y an\u00e1lisis del ciclo de vida.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Integrar la soluci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/crm.bimandco.com\/es\/onfly?utm_source=bimandco&amp;utm_medium=news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Onfly<\/a> nos permite establecer la gesti\u00f3n sostenible de una biblioteca centralizada<\/strong>. El conjunto se produce en las cinco f\u00e1bricas francesas del Grupo antes de ser enviado y ensamblado en la obra. Este proceso industrial perfectamente controlado permite minimizar al m\u00e1ximo los ruidos de las obras para los vecinos y tener m\u00e1s ventajas desde el punto de vista medioambiental. Es tambi\u00e9n la garant\u00eda de una perfecta calidad de ejecuci\u00f3n y cumplimiento de los compromisos, en cuanto a los plazos y los precios. Se complet\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado con la integraci\u00f3n de Ossabois, empresa especializada en la prefabricaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n modular de madera.<\/p>\n<p>En 2017, el Grupo llev\u00f3 a cabo una operaci\u00f3n de estructuraci\u00f3n de su capital al t\u00e9rmino de la cual los colaboradores de GA pasaron a ser accionistas mayoritarios del 60% de GA Smart Building. Esta operaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda por objeto garantizar el futuro y el \u00e9xito del Grupo al permitirle controlar su destino, garantizar nuestra independencia y llevar a cabo una acci\u00f3n a largo
