Despu\u00e9s de 15 meses de primeros planos de los rostros de nuestros compa\u00f1eros, quer\u00edamos un plano americano, o mejor a\u00fan, un buen plano general a lo Alfonso Cuar\u00f3n. Excepto para nuestros compa\u00f1eros de Lisboa, para los que montamos un gran montaje para los que montamos una gran pantalla para que pareciera que estaban all\u00ed. Todos los intercambios que tuvimos y, por supuesto, el <em>teambuilding<\/em>: \u00a1los bolos, el rugby, el f\u00fatbol! me hizo muy feliz, no pens\u00e9 que lo echara tanto de menos<\/em><\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. &#8211; <strong>Thibaut, Account Executive 100% a distancia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<br><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>De lo ef\u00edmero a lo continuo\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Hemos puesto en marcha un hackathon para trabajar en nuestra nueva oferta, que se lanzar\u00e1 en septiembre. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5843 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bourgeay-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bourgeay-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.bimandco.com\/bim\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/bourgeay.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 100px) 100vw, 100px\" \/><\/strong>La idea era tener una persona de cada equipo en diferentes escuadras. Cada uno pod\u00eda elegir en qu\u00e9 parte del proyecto trabajar y sacarlo adelante.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue una oportunidad para intercambiar con otros equipos y conocerlos desde otro \u00e1ngulo. Sobre el mismo tema, cada uno aport\u00f3 un punto de vista diferente, lo que fue muy enriquecedor.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span> &#8211; <strong>Muriel, <b>Directora BIM&amp;CO Espa\u00f1a<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de esta semana <em>boost<\/em>, pusimos en marcha la \u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>boost continuity<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb porque vimos lo mucho que hab\u00edan progresado los grupos de trabajo, gracias a la transversalidad y la complementariedad de las competencias. Por lo tanto, <strong>vamos a reunirnos cada dos semanas, organizados de nuevo por escuadras durante un d\u00eda entero<\/strong>, sin interrupci\u00f3n, para impulsar cada proyecto de la nueva oferta y aprovechar esta energ\u00eda particular del hackathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de estos tres d\u00edas de emulaci\u00f3n y transmisi\u00f3n, Bastien, ingeniero de soluciones, recuerda que<strong> compartir es esencial<\/strong>, y que a pesar de los temas sobre los que no todo el mundo tiene la misma opini\u00f3n (y mucho mejor), no hay que dejarlos de lado.
