Het platform biedt twee belangrijke mogelijkheden om een object in te voegen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quick Download<\/h2>\n

Als u beschikt over een geometrisch model met ingevulde parameters en types, kan dit model op het platform ge\u00fcpload worden. De gebruiker kan ervoor kiezen om geen eigenschappen in te voeren in de database (het invoeren van eigenschappen op het platform is niet verplicht, de ontwerper kan zelf kiezen).<\/p>\n

Als een gebruiker het object ‘as is’ wil gebruiken, gebruikt hij de functie Full Download om het object zo in te voegen als het op het platform is ge\u00fcpload. De parameters in het object zijn de parameters die door de ontwerper in het geometrische model zijn geplaatst. De door de ontwerper van het object gebruikte taal om de parameters te bepalen is de enige taal die beschikbaar zal zijn tijdens het downloaden van het object.<\/p>\n

Deze manier van downloaden wordt gewoonlijk op de verschillende portalen op de markt gebruikt.<\/p>\n

Smart Download<\/h2>\n

In Smart Download kan de gebruiker uit de eigenschappen die in de database zijn opgeslagen kiezen welke hij in het object wil invoegen.<\/p>\n

Smart Download vereist het gebruik van een plug-in. Een plug-in is een app die in de BIM-software wordt geladen. Deze toepassing maakt het mogelijk om de gegevens en de types van het object en de taal van de gegevens te kiezen. Voor dat het object wordt ingevoegd, wordt het vervolgens eerst gewijzigd door de integratie van de geselecteerde parameters.<\/p>\n

De gegevens worden ingevoegd in de objectparameters volgens de verschillende klasseringsregels van BIM-software en met name de IFC.<\/p>\n

Smart Download maakt het ook mogelijk om een al ingevoegd object te verrijken met nieuwe gegevens uit de BIM&CO-database<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Een groot probleem van BIM-objecten die beschikbaar zijn op verschillende sites, is de taal van het object, dat wil zeggen dat de gegevens die zijn ingevoerd door de persoon die de modelvorming uitvoert, vaak in zijn taal zijn opgesteld. De persoon die het object gaat gebruiken, kan het nodig hebben voor een project in een andere taal.<\/div>\n

In de BIM&CO-gegevensbank<\/strong> zijn de gegevens beschikbaar in de verschillende talen. Smart Download maakt het mogelijk om de gegevens in te voegen in de door de gebruiker gekozen taal.
